Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the kitchen and delivery team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement.
  • Uphold the brand’s reputation by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining professionalism at all times.
